Project Objectives for the Baltic Group

- Deliver on the numerous changes requested to the design which resulted in removing and reinstalling of drywall + finishes.
- Delivered quality finishes and the workmanship had to achieve the highest level and also be a high specification standard.

Project Details

Lansdowne Place is a luxury residential development on the site of the former Berkeley Court Hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. When fully complete, Lansdowne Place will have a total of 217 apartments, including 24 penthouses. The development will also include a double basement, childcare facility and residential amenity areas.

Exceptional features include: superb location, extraordinary design, exceptionally high quality materials, expert craftsmanship. 90% of the units are designed as dual aspect units with generous terraces and winter-gardens. The impressive mature boundary trees and iron railings along Lansdowne Road dating back to the mid-1800s are being retained continuing the historical legacy of the use of the site as the Trinity College Botanical Gardens from 1806 until the 1960s.

The building consisted of three levels: penthouse apartment on top floor, 2 bed apartments on the first level and Marketing area on the ground area.

Our Involvement

We installed featured ceilings with stepped and recessed bulkheads throughout all spaces including bathrooms, dining, bedrooms etc.

We delivered the following services - drywall, partitions and ceilings; as well as painting & decorating.
